Working closely with the CEO, the Director of Community Impact (DCI) is responsible for the direction, operations, coordination, growth, and sustainability of our organization’s innovative programs. The DCI will assess the needs of the organization’s programs and finds ways to ensure smooth and efficient operations while contributing to the big picture and vision of ProAct as a member of the leadership team. The DCI will oversee our daily program activities and be responsible for developing and implementing an operational plan with a focus on our programs, ensuring that processes and procedures are carried out properly by all staff and volunteers.
This role will have oversight of our innovative programs, human resources, partner management, and quality assurance. This position requires an individual who is not afraid to ask “why”, someone who consistently and effectively communicates with an Outward Mindset, someone who suggests improvements within our organization and takes initiative to constantly improve organizational effectiveness with a practical, clear plan.
